Restrictions

• Must be at least 25 years of age to rent
• Renter must have a valid driver's license with boating endorsement
• Maximum of 15 passengers per boat
• Passenger weight may affect legal capacity—final approval at staff’s discretion
• No alcohol permitted onboard
• Boats must be returned by sunset
• Late returns (15 minutes or more past due) will be charged for a full additional hour

Additional Information

• Fuel must be topped off by the customer before docking
• Captain is not included in boat rental price and must be paid separately in cash
• No more than 12 passengers—weight limits apply for safety compliance

Customers may cancel 24 hours prior to their arrival date to receive a refund. Customers that cancel after the 24 hour period will not be refunded. If weather or waves are unfavorable and the vendor calls off the rental, the rental may be rescheduled for a later time/date or a full refund will be issued. No-shows will not be refunded.
